Why China

By 2035, China is on track to be the world's largest economy. It already leads in EVs, batteries, robotics and much of the supply chain behind them. Most leadership teams know this. Very few have seen it up close.

Gain early clarity about where your industry is going in China. Meet the companies setting the pace. Build the relationships that let you act, while competitors are still reading reports.

On a custom Khora China Access program, we help you turn a business trip into a strategic advantage.

About the Khora team

Khora helps build China insight and business relationships found nowhere else.

Your China strategy, grounded

  • Pre-trip strategy scan of your sector
  • A clear view of competitors and opportunities
  • Board-ready insight, not impressions
  • Count on Khora's expert network

Normal business delegations

  • Generic agendas, not built around your strategy
  • Presentations instead of candid conversations
  • No context for what you are seeing

Introductions that matter

  • Executives, investors and potential partners
  • Suppliers and manufacturers, pre-qualified
  • Sector advisors who know the ground
  • Relationships that you bring back home

Normal business delegations

  • Trade-show handshakes and business cards
  • Meetings no one has vetted for relevance
  • Delegations end at the airport — our relationships don't

Your leadership team, aligned

  • One shared, first-hand view of China
  • An offsite with real strategic purpose
  • Cultural fluency for doing business
  • Reasons for the team to go back

Normal business delegations

  • Offsites with no link to strategy
  • No cultural context for negotiations
  • Leaders come home with different takeaways
"Leadership teams who talk to us already know China matters to their business.
They simply haven't found a way in that felt credible."

The Khora offer
What exactly is Khora?+

A private advisory firm that designs bespoke China programs for companies, leadership teams and investors. We work with businesses thinking in decades, not quarters.

Who is this for?+

CEOs, founders, boards, leadership teams and investors whose business is shaped by China, whether through market entry, sourcing, partnerships, investment or competition. Programs work for one executive or a small leadership group.

Who is behind Khora?+

Former Chinese executives, investors, consultants, and education experts with deep international careers. Not tour guides. This gives us reach into China's business circles that delegations and travel agencies never touch.

Are the programs private?+

Always. One company per program. No published client names, no shared itineraries, no disclosed introductions.

How it works
How do we start?+

A 45-minute private call with our founder. No proposal, no pitch, no selling. We ask questions about your company's thinking on China and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

How do you arrange business meetings?+

Through our retained network of sector advisors, founders/CEOs/VPs, investors, operators and suppliers. Every meeting is pre-qualified for relevance to your business. You leave with open doors, not just handshakes.

Can you support our due diligence?+

Programs can include site visits, sector briefings and expert conversations that inform your own due diligence. We work alongside your legal and financial advisors; we don't replace them.

What happens after the trip?+

We do complimentary follow-up conversations after your program. For companies who want to continue, we offer quarterly China briefings, ongoing introductions, and priority access to future programs.

Investment and what's included
What is included?+

Almost everything except international flights. 5-star accommodation, sector experts, meetings and site visits, interpreters, transport, program meals, a pre-trip strategy scan, and post-trip follow-up. Call us to design your program together.

How much does a program cost?+

Each program is privately designed around your objectives, team size and cities — and priced accordingly. The access, the people, and the meetings we arrange are not available at any standard price point — because they are not available anywhere else.

Why is it priced like this?+

Because the work behind it — partner relationships, pre-trip research, in-country team, post-trip follow-up — does not exist at any lower price point. We are not the most expensive way to see China. We are the most direct way to engage with it.
